Very central location was a plus. The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a charming area. Got soundproof, huge room with comfortable beds, a functional bathroom, for example.

I truly enjoyed a private safe, a mini bar, and an iron in the well-equipped room. The location of the hotel was convenient - at a moderate distance from Hood.

Amazing and lovely location just close to Haji Lane. And really close to 2 MRT train stations with the Nicole Highway being the closest, attractions, bus and train station, and Chinatown. Variety of cheap options for meal.  

The rooms were fantastic and bright with good bathrooms. It had very central location close to Kampong Glam.

Reasonably clean and charming little place with exceptionally helpful staff at the receptionist. Local and good meals.

Location marvellous and fantastic, right at a bus station. Only 20 minutes walk from Singapore centre.

Great place for 3 nights with amazingly helpful and very amiable staff at the receptionist. Had deluxe king room with a dressing table, big windows plus the best shower. Nice design in the rooms, local food. 

Very central location, at a moderate distance from Kampong Glam. Positioned in the touristic area, near to a multicultural restaurant serving Indian, Malayan, Singaporean, Chinese menu, and touristic attractions. Unique and huge room, with a private safe, a mini bar and 

Good and unbeatable location to a motorway. Near eateries and cafés. The hotel of choice in Singapore.

In overall, the place is intimate, has superbly friendly staff at the receptionist. The location of the hotel is marvellous, right in front of a bus stop and in walking distance from a motorway. And it's by Kallang Basin.  

Really nice experience there. The central location in walking distance from a motorway. Minutes walk to the cafés and restaurants. Units with single bed.

Great location with easy access to public transportation. Just a short walk from major attractions and shopping areas.

The staff could be more proactive and attentive to guest needs.

Geographical situation

Breakfast was poor

The girls in the front desk were very nice and they helped us a lot, that is the only thing that really worth in The Sultan, and the location is nice, with a lot of eating options!

The service was ok but omg!!! The rooms were sooooo small and the breakfast soooooooooo bad... And everything was sooooo expensive!!!
